Mauricio is a Chilean entrepreneur who after experiencing different problems when dealing with a variety of companies as a customer, decided to change the industry for good. After starting his career working at the age of 14, he realized that helping others with unique ideas was his passion; pushing himself through business school in Chile (2007) and earning the Master of Science in Management degree in France (2012) in order to train and prepare himself for what the future had planned for him.

 

In 2015 he moved to Australia where a year after he started to create Yobsi and Rated platforms while going through business school courses focused in leadership & management, resulting in a four-year learning and researching process that gave birth to the project. His experience working with thousands of people in the event and production industry for over twelve years, working as a business advisor for start-up companies, as a manager in digital marketing and manager in FORMAX LATAM as well as other companies such as Physio Inq., Hypoxi and KPMG as a senior consultant; trained him to understand what people, especially entrepreneurs really need. Risking everything to become an entrepreneur, walking through that challenging environment and focusing on the optimization of resources; makes him the perfect fit to deliver what the start-up and entrepreneurship ecosystem needs.
